Guests may use the fully equipped kitchen. Please clean dishes and surfaces, store food properly, and dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins. Thank you for keeping the space tidy.
Heating & Cooling
The Carriage House features central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Guests can adjust the thermostat using the controls—see the welcome guide for instructions. Please keep windows and doors closed for efficiency. Extra blankets or space heaters are available on request. Contact us anytime for assistance.
Internet Usage
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the Carriage House. Network details are provided at check-in and in the welcome guide. Suitable for streaming, video calls, and work. Pet Policy
No Smoking or Open Flames
For guest comfort and safety, our smoke-free interior prohibits candles, incense, essential oils, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana, per Illinois law. Violations trigger alarms and a $250 cleaning fee.

By booking your stay at the carriage house, you agree to abide by all house rules, including check-in/check-out times, quiet hours, and respectful use of the property and its amenities.
